Approach

One person, not an agency.

One project at a time. I'm with you from the first conversation to launch — and for as long as you need me after.

01

Start with the problem, not the tool

Most AI fails because someone chose the technology before understanding what they were solving. I start with the actual problem and work backwards.

02

Ship in weeks, not quarters

Short cycles. Regular demos. Software in your hands early. You learn more from using it than from planning it.

03

Test everything

I measure how the AI behaves the same way I measure code — with tests. If I can't tell whether it's getting better, I'm not shipping it.

04

Keep the infrastructure boring

Postgres, queues, simple deploys. The interesting part is what gets built on top.

05

You own everything

Code, infrastructure, prompts — all of it. In your accounts from day one, not locked in mine.

06

Quiet by default

I don't announce my clients, post about my process, or put my logo on what I build.

Ways to work with me

Three shapes of engagement.

Sprint

2 weeks

A focused exploration. Good for figuring out what to build before committing.

Build

6 — 12 weeks

Design, build, ship — end to end. Most projects live here.

Embedded

ongoing

I work alongside your team, own the AI layer, and ship as you grow.
